I can highly recommend Flynn Subdivisions Experts, the E book is packed with useful information, the online course even more . I've also attended the day Course run by Anton, where I was able to get answers to many of my development questions. Anton's advice has been invaluable and has given me the tools to assess a property on a more than just purchase price. I will be engaging Flynn Subdivision Experts to manage my property development and I recommend them to anyone getting involved property development.

The Infill Property Developer e-book is the Bible for small residential developments in Western Australia. Written in easy to understand language it covers every step of the process. I will be referring to it constantly throughout my developments. I look forward to the practical skills course in March.
