Quite appalled by the service and staff at this branch of roll'd. Been to the central park branch 2 days prior, and had similar experience with the service, unfriendly staff, rude and definitely don't want to be there. However, roll'd at 140 William Street served chicken pho with barely any chicken, and the soup had basically no taste. The staff were not keen to help, and rudely offered salt to add taste to the food?! I didn't pay 20 to consume lackluster food and service and add salt to make t

Great food and friendly staff.
This is a really cosy casual dining place with very tasty meals. I usually go here for lunch on a weekend before a movie, or at the end of a busy week, whenever I'm in the CBD. I usually have either Banh Mi or a noodle soup with beef or pork, and an iced coffee. The staff give great service and it's a lovely, welcoming ambience.
yummy! again delicious! and the service was great.
Was walking by - checked out menu and saw that both rice paper rolls and bao buns were listed at under 5. Thought i'll try one of each and went inside. Turns out, you can buy rice paper rolls only in pairs at 9, when dining in. Anyway, just had the rice paper rolls, one each of soft shell crab and the pork one. Was okay - nothing spectacular, didn;t really get the crab flavor. Also, the side of chilli sauce could be improved and possibly give one or two more sauce options.
one of my favourite places to eat and i always struggle to decide on what to order because of all of the yummy vegetarian options they have.
Staff were lovely and food nice, but it would be really great to see an end to single-use items at this restaurant. We were astounded by the amount of waste produced from one small lunch - every thing is served in a single-use container and no recycling bins in sight (not that you’d be able to recycle most of it anyway!) Plastic bowl for pho, disposable chopsticks in paper packaging, sauces in soft plastic sachets and plastic containers, rice paper rolls in paper/plastic boxes - all of that could have been saved by using one plate and one bowl. Instead it will be sitting in landfill for hundreds of years. I really hope this is just a COVID thing, but if not, please consider adapting your business to move away from single use. This level of waste just isn’t acceptable in 2020.
Always better than any other rolld - this place is fantastic !
