Why you deleted all the comment which said you are the worst real estate agency? Have you find that the 1 star comments are more “like” than your 5 stars comments? I will tell you my story later. I don’t think all the real estate agencies are evil. But this Realmark central / Arena is the Devil From Hell !!!!!

Terrible experience with this company. If u have Andrew Wood looking after your rental unit, u can expect ur Bond money gone at the end of the lease. Very cunning and cold blooded person and the company behind him. They’ll even on-charge to u the damages caused by previous tenant. U’ll be very sorry if your property got handled by him and/or this company. My experience happened on Oct 2019.
One of the worst agency. They are not able to do their duty properly. I rent a full furnished apparent which one of the major appliance do not work. After 2 months they still could not manage too fix it!!!
I would not recommend Realmark Central for any property management requirements. I had an overall appalling experience during the 2 years I was in a property management contract with this office. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
