Customer service was appalling! I brought my laptop in with a fault which made it impossible to use. I was told five days later that it was fine and it shouldn’t happen again. Two weeks later the fault continued again, upon returning for further repairs I received excuses that the ‘diagnostics check isn’t perfect.’ However this can be forgotten as the IT staff were mostly helpful. The pair handling the customer facing activities though... upon entering I received no welcome or greeting so I basically had to wait until someone noticed I was there, a document was placed in front of me without an explanation of what I’m signing or next steps, no one actually explained what they would be doing to my laptop or an estimate completion date/time unless I asked, the receptionist would take phone calls and would be interrupted by another staff member about another clients service in the middle of delivering important information to me (several times) and when I called to receive an update (after 5 days without any) I was told the IT team were too busy to talk to me, next day my phone call was returned by someone who didn’t know my case or why I called in the first place. Overall the IT Service was fine however the customer facing staff let the place down.
Went here to replace my broken Mac screen and they managed to sort it out with apple and got it fixed (screen replaced) under warranty with no hassle and they charge nothing! (3 day turnout on top of that!!!!!) Took my old mac to get the software/hardware upgraded and they honestly suggested not to (for another reason!) - so happy with their honest feedback and suggestion instead of just trying to make money from the clients!! Took my old mini ipad to be restored- and they also did it within a day!! Overall i’d give 10 stars to this service and definitely will only come back to this place for any IT problems in my household and will 1000% recommend them to anyone in Perth!! Thank youuuu!!!!
I'm not usually one to leave a bad review but I'm feeling really disappointed with PRA IT services. I called this company after my computer started making a strange beeping sound. They told me to bring it in and that they would run a diagnostic check on it. They said they would be able to pinpoint the problem. When I came back the next day to collect my laptop, they said no faults had been found. They said my laptop was fine and it should run fine for the next few years. What a relief! But when I came home I was shocked to hear my laptop making the same beeping noises. I called PRA IT services and was told "It sounds like your laptop is on the way out. It's probably an intermittent fault". I responded with "But you said it was fine ... you ran a diagnostic check?" To which he said, "The diagnostic checks aren't perfect". PRA IT services need to look at how they can put customers more at ease when faced with technical issues. More interaction and better communication needs to occur between IT service person and the customer.
Excellent customer service and pricing. I didn't really know what I needed but the staff were amazing and helped me 100 percent. Would recommend to anyone .
Had great experience with PRA the service and communication when it can to fixing my laptop was excellent. It was a quick turnaround time and when I got the laptop back it was working perfectly. Would highly recommend them for IT
Went in with a failing hard drive in my laptop, and despite the age of my laptop PRA were able to source the part needed and get it fixed and back to me within 2 hours. Very considerate and helpful staff, would recommend this place to others.
The company canceled my appointment that I took 4 days ago when I arrived because they couldn’t repair my iPhone
