My partner and I rented a house in Brabham through Niche for a year and it was a super easy and pleasant experience, The rental inspection notice was a massive 5 weeks which was outstanding compared to the 3 days we now get with ER Realty. Justine was our landlord and she was absolutely awesome! really friendly, helpful and super quick to respond to any questions or queries we had prior, during and after renting the house. Would highly recommend Justine and Niche Living to anyone looking at renting. A super professional business! Axyl & Shanae
I would encourage everyone to look elsewhere for property management. The company lacks professionalism and uses sneaky tactics. If you care about your investment (which you should), choose a quality, reputable property management team.
Great in the beginning. Then had land that was too close to powerlines so finance fell through. They were happy to offer other locations but failed to get in contact regarding these. Have attempted for 5 weeks to get my fully refundable deposit back that they say should of been processed 2 weeks ago. Still waiting. Now chosen to build with another company.
I have called, emailed and sent photo proof that the workers from this company are parking in, on and across my driveway constantly. They have tonnes of other places to park, including the driveway of the house they are working on and yet repeatedly we are having to ask them to move so we can exit and enter our own driveway. They've left rubbish on our drive, leaked paint and cement on our drive, used our water to mix cement and dripped it down our wall, thrown rocks and wood into our front garden to name a few of our other issues. It's beyond ridiculous now, if this is how they treat someone's newly built home I wouldn't trust them to build one!
Be careful with this company. Total lack of respect. *If it does it in the beginning, imagine during the processes or in the end*. A few days ago I started one process to rent a suitable house with my wife. So, I sent all documentation required and received an email (from Lucy -Leasing Officer– Property Management) scheduling a date and hour for the sight inspection. What happened is so disrespectful that until now I do not believe it. No-one appeared. ***Yes, you read right- no-one appeared*** I tried to ring her, but she does not reply. I tried to text her, but she does not reply. I tried to ring the company, but nothing again. In conclusion, I waited in front of the house for around 45 minutes, lose my commitments, spend time and money on petrol end couldn't see that house. Total lack of respect.
The receptionist is amazing. Deserves a big payrise I think.
