From start to finish our house sale took 7 weeks - even more amazing as we live in Leamington Spa and we were selling a house in Pitlochry during the pandemic. Every phone call, regardless of the time or day was answered and dealt with. First-class service every step of the way. Oh.....and brilliant value for money!

I contacted Next Home regarding advice on finding the best mortgage deal available. Brian was amazing and helped me through the whole process, keeping it simple and offering me options as what kind of mortgage and help schemes I could benefit from. For sound financial advice I cannot recommend Next Home enough.
I have had a fantastic service from Next Home both times I have sold with them. From the valuation completed by Ashley Thomson, who was very knowledgeable and spot on in her valuation, to the excellent schedule they compiled, through to the viewings completed by Zara Rollinson, I have experienced great customer service. My house sold within one week for full asking price and probably could have gone for more but I was keen to proceed with buying another property. Both Ashley and Zara were very responsive and helpful. I was able to seek advice from Ashley about my purchase, which was not through Next Home, and during the pandemic when our move was delayed and this was really reassuring. The price was competitive and I feel worth every penny.
Next Home Estate Agents Perthshire Scotland were fantastic because they took all the worry and stress out of home buying. They are a fantastic team that knew the property and what I wanted very well. They were extremely kind and helpful from the moment i got the valuation on the house. I don't know anyone else that would go to the lengths they did to help me - from replying to emails immediately on a Sunday to helping move the furniture around. They felt like my family. What an amazing team!
Phoned last week to start the process of arranging selling my property..Everything was arranged for Saturday at 10 am instead of Sunday at 10am as one of their staff was on holiday. Got the usual email saying we were in a “ hot property” area and would get certain things for free etc. All good so far... Anyhow, typing this at 11am on Saturday after Lesley hung the phone up on me after telling me that I was not booked in today... wasted my morning
