Booked in to Perth garage for front wheel alignment (with the discount voucher) and balance. Got to garage and told ramp not available now as still has a car with problems on it. Fair enough, these things happen. Then told as I had a BMW they couldn't do the alignment as they didn't have the weights (apparently some BMW need load tested). My car model was discussed and recorded on the booking: so why no mention of this when booking. Waste of my time. On the bright side saved me money, as I doubt the tracking and balance would be completed correctly if they advertise and take bookings for a service they can't provide!

Left my car with nail in tyre and advised costs of different repairs , but would phone me if new tyre required. Good news , got call to say only puncture repair had been required and done. Quick and easy. Thanks
Friendly staff and good service, high work standard, very good garage, do more than just tyres, if you need work done on your car and are unsure where the best place for the job is, try these guys.
Very good service and the price was right
Arranged to get 2 of my own tyres fitted and half price tracking but forgot to take the letter I had in with me with a code for the half price alignment. Told at 1st that I couldn't get the alignment half price without the code on the letter which having looked now im back home is different to the one I was able to get online when I was at the garage. Emailed customer services and got a response within 10 minutes stating they had contacted the regional manager and he had authorised the garage to do the alignment half price saving me 15 . When I went back the salesman wasn't rude or anything but a bit abrupt as he was probably annoyed at me for emailing customer services but I can understand him feeling that way. Have to give 5 stars for the superb prompt intervention by customer services as it saved me a return trip as I live out of town so well done them big thumbs up from me.
