There are quite variety of bread and buns. Had the cinnamon bun. The place is simple but beautifully decorated. They bake on-site, hence the freshness.
Its a nice place with creative pastries. The coffee is good too, a little pricey but I always find the service here a little rude and dismissive. The staff seem to be nice to their regulars but I've felt this all three times I've gone that when I'm served its very unenthusiastic and almost as if I'm bothering them by ordering, makes the experience awkward.
Freshly milled, locally grown flours for sale in reusable bags, and a Danish inspired selection of breads, buns, and croissants. Their bread-and-pudding is divine, coffee is great, and staff are generous and enthusiastic.
Hands down the best bakery in Perth! Their multi-grain sourdough is just amazing... you cannot have enough of it. Its texture and flavour are just on another level. I wasn't fan of sourdough before I tried this one and now I am hooked-up and regularly get one from Miller Baker. Savoury Danish is another treasure found here. It it hits all the right spots with its flavours and texture. Creamy, crunchy and a bit crispy. Strongly recommend to try everything the have there.
Love getting our fortnightly bread delivery when hubby finishes work and heads South to home. The sourdough loaf and millars cob are our favourites. But we can’t have a delivery without cardamom buns, almond croissant and cinnamon scrolls! Love it all!
Lovely local Bakery for a cheeky sandwich, pastry or loaf to make some scrambled at home. Nice friendly staff who are always up for a chat and La Paleta stockist. This place is a dream.
Cannot recommended Miller & Baker enough - Food perfect Coffee excellent Service always amazing! Went in today for my partner and I’s usual chicken pie fix however none were left hot and ready to eat. As expected though since they are THE BEST pies in perth. The staff however, went out of their way to give us two frozen pies that we could defrost and cook at home - AMAZING. We only found this little bakery a month ago, and even though it’s a 30min drive for us - we will definitely continue coming back each week Thanks Miller & Baker - for your amazing staff & exceptional baked goods.
