5 star welcome 5 star genuine, honest sales 5 star after care I bought my car 2 years a go after my mum had an excellent car buying experience at MBM. I cannot recommend Mark enough, he honestly wants every customer to be matched with the best car for them and cannot do enough to support you through the experience. Through no fault of the garage my car needed a part replaced during lock down. Mark went out of his way to help me and get my car back on the road. I couldn't recommend this independent dealership more highly. Such a refreshing experience from start to finish. I began discussing the car with Mark, a month before I had a chance to get to Scotland (I live in West Sussex). He made sure the car was reserved for me, keeping in constant email contact. Everything was covered with fresh service and MOT, and he even sent across any personalised videos that I requested, in order for me to make my long distance purchase the right one. When I arrived, Mark greeted me with the car at the Station, and I have to say the vehicle was very well prepped and looking immaculate. A jaw dropping moment! Everything about the transaction was swift and painless, and Mark explained every detail about warranty and roadside cover very clearly, and also arranged the tax for me, so all I had to do was battle with my insurers! If you are considering buying a car from here, I would recommend doing it. Mark was a top guy, you couldn't fault his friendly service! One very happy Jag F-Type AWD V8 R owner. What an amazing experience from start to finish...and even beyond! I bought a car for my daughter but needed it 6 weeks later, nothing was too much! Everything that I wanted done was taken care of and I got texts and calls all the way through to let me know what was happening. There was private plates, MOT, we wanted paint and various things checked...in fact, we were pains in the butt, nothing was too much! Mark sorted everything. So after an amazing surprise for my daughters birthday a wee problem arose the next day with her handle (wear and tear from previous owner mark wouldn’t have predicted). It was one text, and the handle was ordered the next day, the car drove away and back the same day. OMG, amazing service. Mark is so professional and knowledgeable and I’m so happy I dealt with him. We are actually going back soon for our next daughter, it was such a professional and personal experience. Thank you
