I have had the most wonderful experience at Luxe. I was seeking a particular fragrance in a candle and diffuser for a gift. Luxe sought the fragrance and had the candle and diffuser made with the perfume. Amazing service.

Overall - my personal experience was a very unprofessional one. The customer service skills of the front desk staff were severley lacking. From the very beginning, they seemed neither well informed nor interested with their own products. First of all, when I commited to buy some products - the eftpos machine wasnt working. I understand that this is not their fault however, considering the Store still had to get the lights made, I found it quite unreasonable that I would have to pay the full amount upfront and wait months for my products rather than just providing an initial deposit and paying balance when I went back to pick them up. 3 months later after finally receviving my purchased products, I have unpackaged my lights only to discover the poor craftsmanship that I had spent time and money waiting for. Several of the LED panels had come unstuck, some of the metal spokes were bent, ect. The only real positive experience I had with this store was with the owner, who (although absent) generally aimed to communicate with me. Other than that, sadly, there would be no other reason that I would recommend this store.
I would like to thank the entire Installation Team of Luxe Collection that did such an excellent job. They were quite patient with me. The guys were willing and extremely cheerful with each and every aspect of the job which they performed.
