Very unprofessional, treating fellow Kenyans as if we are strangers, our government is spending a lot of money on you to assist us when we need urgent help. Someone stole my passport here in Perth but its been few months until now my Embassy seems not to have another passport for me. When you call their offices they always seems to be away or busy. Who are you serving if not fellow Kenyans who live here in Australia.

Very unprofessional people. Just called today and to a surprise I was disconnected. I called again then that lady told me she’s there for an attachment. If you can’t help your citizens what’s your job. Just disappointed
