I was suggested this company by a friend. Two weeks ago I came in with my Omega Aqua Terra for some advice. I was more than willing to pay for a full service, if that’s what was needed, and I let Nicholas know this. He had a look at the watch, answered my questions, and told me it doesn’t need a service for another couple of years. In my experience, he is a very trustworthy and experienced watchmaker, and I had a very good interaction. Will definitely be coming back.

Kennedy has a great selection, a lot of brands to choose from, but ultimately, it was the boutique’s customer service that made my experience stand out. I had a great experience offered by Marie, Jo, Sid and Federica last year. The watches boutique in my mind is only Kennedy. Therefore, last weekend, I decided to visit the Kennedy Crown in Perth to see what they had to offer, as I decided to buy a watch as a gift for my wife birthday. The staff at Kennedy are very friendly as usual. They are gorgeous and professional. Had a long chat with Sid, he is polite and knowledgeable, he knows watches too. I ended up bought a IWC pilot watch and my wife loves it, thank you Sid, thank you Kennedy. I have been to the reputed luxury watches boutiques/authorised dealers across Asia-Pacific region. Establish a long-term relationship with customer is important and Kennedy has got it. Hence I'll vote Kennedy Perth as my only choice to shop for my next watches.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Kennedy Crown Rolex. I recently purchased a watch there which I had sought after for a while and they sourced it for me very quickly. The watch is stunning and will be cherished for decades to come. Overall I couldn't be happier with their service and the overall buying experience. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable.
