I have shopped at Ian Taylor often over many years. Ian and his staff are always very helpful and his knowledge of the products he stocks is amazing. I am delighted with all my floor coverings and the help and service received during fitting (some of which went beyond the call of duty!) Thank you for your help and kindness it is a so nice to deal with a local company who care about their customers.

On arriving at the shop we were greeted with a warm welcome from a friendly salesman, Adam. Adam was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right carpet for our home. He was very professional and not at all pushy which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend.
Have purchased flooring on 3 occasions now we have to say the customer service is 1st class. Excellent selection of flooring and very helpful and friendly staff who are on hand if you need them. Will not go anywhere else now. Thank you to the team at Ian R Taylor.
