Horrible return policy. Their products are good and they deliver it quick. However, if you need to return all costs will be at your own. I have bought a pants and the large size looks like an XXL. I have emailed the guys and they asked me to return it to them, if it has all tags and it’s In a good condition, they will give me a voucher in the value. That means that I will have to pay 3 deliveries in total (the original, the return and the shipment of the new one). I won’t buy anything else with these guys.

Brought a "Jordan Padded Knee Sleeve" turned out to be a fake. I have confirmed with Nike and asked for a refund nicely. Tells me it is authentic and does not give me a refund or replacement. I paid 120 for the item which i thought was a good one. Be careful when buying in this shop. They might be mixing counterfeit items in their inventory.
Great advice on new kicks to play in! Great product knowledge and comparable prices and range to some of the bigger stores.. ill be back for sure.
The guys over at hoops heaven were awesome. They were super helpful and always happy to answer any questions I had. They had a huge range or NBA gear and sizes. I sincerely recommend going there for NBA gear. Dont go to a huge chain like rebel sports for NBA gear and go and see guys who are passionate about the sport. Guys keep up the awesome work.
To be honest I wrote my review before I even looked at anything that other customers had posted, so I was a bit taken back by some of the negative comments - especially the posting around the fake Jordan product. I am a massive Nike/Jordan user and am 100% positive my purchase is the real thing - however that is not to take anything away from the comments made by the guest who had a poor experience adn spent the time to post about it. With that being said, I placed on order online - it was pick, packed and shipped the same day... talk about service! Selection is also pretty dope and they had some good stuff on sale at the time of my order. I live in SYD and received my total order within 5 business days - so props to the team. Lastly these are some of my favourite kicks at the moment so I will be stoked to rep them on court next chance I get... Booyah Grandma!
Staff are unhelpful and arrogant, makes for a horrible shopping experience, im down for helping and supporting these kinds of stores but not with people like this

Cool shop, good service from the guys. Couldn't find shoes I liked in my size, I know I'm getting old now but I just can't get into sneaker design these days. Grabbed some baby Jordan's for my daughter and a new ball.
