The second me and my friend walked in the lady working immediately gave my friend dirty looks and the second she touched something she told her she wasn’t allowed to, could be a misunderstanding but we think it was because of the colour of her skin, because my other friend continued to touch the stuff on the shelves and it was no problem but they told my friend of colour to leave. I felt disgusted and it really upsets my friend to think that she can’t look around stores without being racially profiled.

Horrible experience today. Shopping with my daughter and heard the manager yelling at his staff about throwing out merchandise from a flood they had. He told her she is not to throw out merchandise without showing him first. The elderly staff lady said she threw it out back in June because it was mouldy. He yells that it could be cleaned off. Very upsetting and Uncomfortable to shop in that environment while elderly staff ladies getting yellled at across the store. Work place harassment at its finest!! I confronted him and he said “Well, I need to talk to my staff.” I put down what we were going to buy and left. Will NEVER SHOP THERE! I hope the staff find a better place to work. Nobody deserves to be treated like that.
terrible costumer service and ownership!! bought balloons and had them filled with helium (over 40) late last night (Friday night), and come morning(8am) all of them where on the floor!! I have a birthday party at 3 today (Saturday) and no balloons.. i called the staff and the owner who both said that the balloons they sell only have a live of 8 hrs and that they cant do anything about it. Never going back to this store again!!
