Will never go back there again. Coffee was cold, they got a basic breakfast order wrong, on both meals ! One was bacon eggs mushrooms, pretty simple, they forgot the mushrooms. The other was bacon eggs tomatoes, they forgot the bacon. Not much of an apology, kept waiting again, and they didn't bring them out together. The food when we eventually got it was nice, then on the last mouthful i found a big black hair. We complained, but they didn't care they already had our money. You couldn't pay me to go back to a place like that, they couldn't care less about customer service, plenty of other places to spend my money.

Food was fantastic. Went there Fri night (missed the dinner service @9pm) but got coffee and cake. The cheesecake was unbelievable, and the dessert tasting plate yummy. Then went back on Sunday morning for breakfast. It was busy but still great greeting from the Manager who remembered us from Friday night, That's good customer service. Lots of options with coffee - almond milk, soy, etc etc. breakfast menu had sweet and savoury and favourites. The eggs benedict with slabs of ham off the bone looked great. Pancakes with caramelised banana & grindings of nuts were fab. Wish I lived in Perth to frequent all the time.

Some of the better coffee in Perth. Atmosphere is grey and cold - not sure what they're thinking in that department. A coffee shop should be warm, cosy and inviting - this place is the exact opposite. Feels like a panel-beater's workshop. Food is surprisingly good for a coffee shop. The pancakes are delicious. Some very good coffees, the Affogato especially. Much better than the mainstream stuff at the Dome. They always have new and exotic foods to try. Keeps things fresh and interesting. Service is always charming and welcoming. No cold, pretentious ego heads when I was there last. Staff always comes over to speak with me. Makes things real and homey. Recommend it, even despite the concrete atmosphere.
