Newly opened premium desserts shop at State Building, right next to Sue Lewis Chocolatier. Tasty French cream puffs are something I had been missing in Perth and ta-dah now you can buy ones here! The puffs are crunchy and full of dense cream, I loved the not-too-sweet, rich taste custard. Above all flavors I loved vanilla which includes generous vanilla beans inside. Lemon is very refreshing too. The beautifully crafted gems are definitely great for souvenirs too.

Bought a box of six different choux pastries and brought them to share with others a couple hours later. They weren't crunchy and each one's outer layer tasted stale. Filling proportion generous but perhaps too much. Not sure if this contributed to the pastry being soggy/stale. They looked great but are quite expensive so was hoping for much more taste wise.
Delectable. This is no ordinary cream puff. Well crafted with beautifully subtle flavours and very generous with the filing.

Nested in this beautiful heritage building is Choux which serves premium, delicious and beautiful Choux puffs! My favourite flavour has definitely got to be the lemon curd one as it was tangy and delicious! They're definitely great as a gift as well!
Just visited choux bakery recently, reminds me of the pastry I once ate in France. One type of product but with many variety and weekly special. Highly recommended and they do cater for event as well! Hit them up, very friendly owner.
The choux at this place are a class above the other choux that I have had the pleasure of trying in Perth. A really filling and refreshing treat, I think it is delicious and also very nicely presented. My favorite flavours tried so far are vanilla and pistachio (this bakery trialed pistachio last week as a weekly flavour and I really hope they bring it back again!). The filling is cool and you can really taste the quality of ingredients and skillful preparation. So far I’ve visited this place twice, last time I dropped by was over this weekend as it was a really hot afternoon. The choux is quite cool and as I was close to the Treasury building I wanted to try choux instead of going for ice cream. The choux didn’t last long as we opened them up and ate in the car on the way home. I will definitely come back for more!
