Food was very good with their own spin on some of their breakfast dishes. But what let then down was the inconsistency with their coffee. First coffee was great, the last cup was not pleasant. Really friendly staff, just a shame about the coffee.

In Perth for business and this is definitely my best breakfast and coffee while I've been here. The staff is so happy as well, definitely recommend.
Best hot chocolate - tastes like melted chocolate - and cakes are delicious. Banana bread tastes homemade. Make sure you get it toasted!
Best chai lattes, made with fresh spices. Coffee is good too.

This place is new. So therefore Perths best kept secret. The food The Tobys Estate coffee The friendly service The atmosphere Is just superb. The Chef is what Perth needs. Originally from Melbourne i havw been spoiled by top restaurants and cafes for many years. After moving to Perth i found it 20 years behind Melbourne and Sydney Both the food capitals of Australia. But now Perth is catching up. Do yourselves a BIG favour and dine there Do yourselves an even bigger favour and dine at least once a week You could even do your friends a favour and tell them to dine there. Or do me a favour and keep away so i can have it to myself.!!! Lol.
