CLOSED: As at 19 December 2013 - Centre Ford in Newcastle Street despite the phone still being connected, and their other site on Stirling Hwy have both closed down. Speaking to other Ford dealers, it appears their awful customer service was well known within the Ford sphere in Perth. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Awful. Have had two experiences with this clown outfit. The first time a work vehicle was taken to them in order for them to assist with Bluetooth connectivity. After standing around for ages, it appeared the car had been driven back out front and left, with no-one telling the two of us waiting for it. When we checked whether the problem had been resolved, it had not. Much back and forth ensued, and in the end it was easier to look up the solution on the Internet. Current experience is that for two days have been calling in order to arrange service of a vehicle, with noone answering the phone. No message explaining that they've shut, no transfer elsewhere - just an unanswered phone. Businesses this bad do not have the right to take people's money. Do yourself a favour and give your business to people who want it.

Appalling! Purchased a brand new car from these guys, several delays in taking delivery of it, poor communication throughout the experience. Just taken the new car in for its first courtesy service which i was told was going to take 2 days max, when i purchased the car i upgraded the rims and they arrived damaged so they said they would have a replacement wheel when i brought the car in for this first service, they just called and said that they now need my car for another 5 days and that they have SENT THE WHEEL AWAY to be repaired, firstly I did not agree to this as I need my car this weekend for a friends wedding to transport a lot of equipment around in, secondly there was meant to be a spare rim ready and waiting so they could just change it over. Absolutely disgusting service, attitude and general behaviour. Do not use these guys.
