The high tea wasn't anything special. They didn't have a good variety of teas and the food was quit me average for the price of 75. The unlimited sparkling wine and customer service was excellent.

Definitely worth a visit. The meals are exquisite, delicate and vegan. Will be going back soon
Nice atmosphere, food was ok (scone a bit burnt), teas were very nice but they didn't refill them very much or leave a pot on the table at times. I put on my booking that 1 person was vegetarian and 1 person was pregnant- they noted down the pregnant dietary requirement but forgot about the vegetarian... luckily they were able to make last minute changes and accommodated this.
Food is consistently great. Service is always attentive and the environment is nice.
Our waiter Adam was amazing!! He had the best customer service and was so so lovely! Definitely recommend Bar Uma for high tea ️
Went for high tea, had decent expectations as the restaurant next door has excellent standards. Service was slow, but the worst was the food. Presentation was good but food quality atrocious. Only the prawn sandwich was tasty (7/10). The rest of the food varied between overwhelmed by sauce or just plain mediocre and bland. I rate the average quality at about 3/10. Note that some of the more expensive items will be limited to one per person. Would not pay 30pp let alone what they charge, unless your main intention is to swill as much cheap booze as they're willing to serve you.
I’m really disappointed I have to write this review! I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have always spoken quite highly of the customer service and rooms, however I regret encouraging everyone to want to have high tea at Bar Uma in Pan Pacific. A number of people at our table mentioned being spoken to rudely, there was a huge attitude by one of the girls who was serving our table. We felt like we waited FOREVER for our food to arrive, meanwhile everyone around us was eating and being taken care of. I’m pretty sure we were the last people to eat and our food arrived at about 3:20pm?? High tea started at 2pm. The food was terrible, it was not fresh in the slightest, the pastries were dry and almost stale, almost everything given to us felt like it had been sitting out the back a day or two before serving. I get that it was busy? But we had booked this table and event NOT last minute and we did not feel like a priority at all, in fact most of us felt like we were inconveniencing some of the staff. Maybe it was the package we got? I saw some of the people around us with completely different food, maybe they had a better experience. We did not, I don’t like making bad reviews so this was hard. But I think for high tea in the future we’ll give Bar Uma a miss.
Monica, our wait-person, was AMAZING and made a wonderful afternoon simply perfect! Wonderful service and lovely food. Highly recommend!
