Don’t use a doordash service if you are not aware of how to use it. They HUNG up on me 3 times after I was trying to explain to them that THEY need to cancel the doordash order because it was making me pay a fee to cancel it. They were giving me the nastiest attitude and laughing into the phone. When I said I had to pay a fee they stated “okay so then pay the fee because we can’t cancel it” horrible customer service.
I go there to buy chimichurri as a friend came from Newark and stopped by there to have something to eat and happened to like the chimichurri. So every once and a while I will stop by and get a few of them to take to work and share with my friend and always really good until recently. The meat patty is thick and no flavor and the slaw they put not enough when you ask for extra and that as well has very little taste. So it was disappointing to see they changed it.
