Thishal is a very thorough and professional worker with a delightful personality. Michelle arranged for the job to be done in a very timely manner. I’ve never needed a window cleaner before but old age and even older bones meant it had been some time since my windows had been done properly. My house looks MUCH lighter now! I would use this company again .

I don’t like to share bad reviews, but unfortunately my experience with All Buzz was utterly terrible. Looking on the Product review website - it seems I am not alone. We requested an end of lease clean, and were asked to pay upfront. The cleaning was sub optimal at best. We were told to provide a list of things needing to be done, and some of them were left unattended. The freezer door was also left open and resulted in ice melting all over the floors. I would have been able to overlook this, if it had not been for the appalling customer service. When I contacted the company to advise of the above, instead of listening to my concerns, I was told that “we attempted to to contact you multiple times after the clean” This was not true, and when I tried to explain this, she advised me that “sometimes phones don’t show a call” - IM SORRY WHAT?? There was absolutely no apology or any attempt to resolve the issue. I also had to REPEATEDLY chase the company for my Carpet cleaning certificate (which I was assured on booking would be provided). After WEEKS, I was told to contact the carpet cleaner directly. If you work a lot, are moving house and don’t have time for such issues (which you would expect the cleaning company to sort, esp given the price they charge!) DO NOT USE ALL BUZZ. Would absolutely not recommend.

Cleaning was appalling. There were pieces of food underneath my dining table and dirt everywhere. My house didn't feel any cleaner after they left. Mopping was atrocious and done with an almost dry mop. Customer service was also terrible. As soon as the lady entered (which was a few minutes late), we received a call telling us to pay upfront before cleaning could start. We received a call several times in the process of trying to make the payment. The vacuum dirt was emptied in our kitchen bin and none of our house bins were emptied into the outside bin. Absolutely unprofessional. Not worth the price.
Sonny was my cleaner today very polite, friendly and he done a 1st rate job I highly recommend him
