My friend and I go three mornings a week for either circuits or PT with the fabulous Dave. There are a few if us who are regulars who wouldn't never miss a day if possible even though we start at 6.30am! The staff are excellent, all knowledgeable and keen to help and encourage.

The perfect gym! wont be beaten on price and variety, the classes are fantastic and the instructors are brilliant
