When my son had to go into hospital at the time the hot tub was due to be collected, so the team offered for us to keep it for a fortnight longer to help my son recuperate. Now that's 5* service! We looked around for a long time before purchasing our hot tub and couldn't be more pleased with it, or the service we've had from Complete Spas. The team are extremely knowledgeable and really take the time to understand any queries, problems and questions, both before purchase but importantly, their after care is first rate. They're also absolutely lovely people, very friendly, approachable and made installation and tub care very easy indeed. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. I'd really recommend their hot tub care package as it really helps as a back up to your own everyday care routine. We've called several times with issues and questions, and always get a helpful, positive response. We've had our tub now for four months and use it every day, we really love it, even in these colder months and are looking forward to using it even more through the summer. Thank you Complete Spas
