It's a 5 stars for David from the painting aisle. It's a 3 star for the staff at the bathroom aisle and it's a 0 star for the staff at the heater section (questions seem to piss him off). My feedback to the manager of this shop: get David to train your other staffs. He is everything a client expect: listen to the client, good advices, take his time to explain, friendly, available. You cannot have on your payroll staff who are not ready to serve clients... you losing money because of them and if you don't get that, you should not manage a Leroy Merlin. Also, the shop could be more customer centric. Think in term of outcomes for clients, not in term of products (as a client I don't give a damn about 10 liters of paint)! Great diy store, but not the cheapest. Huge range of materials but easy to get lost in the confusing layout. Be prepared to take some time!

Leroy are generally very good and helpful but at a time of social distancing and long queues for the checkouts there were no toilets available. Ridiculous.
