We ordered delivery. My boyfriend got shrimp and broccoli pasta but I got biscuits and sausage gravy and LET ME TELL YOU. I've been searching for the perfect biscuit and sausage since I came to Ohio 3 years ago. Apparently it was at Perkin's all along. Seriously guys it's so good. I Also got a slice of peanut butter silk pie that looks delightful. Hats off, Perkins!

Food is always good little hard to see from the road it's tucked in behind the get go gas station. Plenty of shopping in the area big box stores. Quite a few different places to fill up with gas. Lots of other restaurants in the general area. Facility well-maintained including cleanliness. Personnel was very friendly and outgoing. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair parking and accessibility available.
Their build a breakfast is a great way to go - a lot of choices. Pancakes were excellent as usual. Service staff was very helpful.
Lunch was delicious. Mini chicken pot pie with salad and pie for dessert for 9.99. And the service was, as always, fantastic! The slice of coconut cream pie was still partially frozen so our server put that in a container for me to take home and gave me another piece of my choice (lemon meringue) to eat with my lunch. Very thoughtful and an extra treat for later.
Food as always was amazing. I always get the same thing for the most part and regardless of the location of the Perkins (Iowa or Ohio) the flavor is the same. I did add a different type of Pie today and it was really good. As I was waiting at the bar, it seems they forgot about me but and I emphasize the but. But they made up for it in excellent service.
