I would recommend passing on the jet ski tour for a number of reasons. 1. It's expensive to get down to that part of the island and you most likely have limited time in Santorini ans want to use it wisely. 2. It's VERY expensive. If I remember correctly, it was more expensive than the sunset catamaran cruise we did for 6 hours that included dinner. 3. The "tour" gives you very little information. You get much more info on the catamaran cruise. 4. Don't expect to have a jet ski that you can run hard and have a good time on. This tour is designed for people that want to go slow. The structure is very odd: they lead the way in a boat and then mandate that everyone on a jet ski follow them in a line. This wouldn't be a big deal except you get people who have never ridden a jet ski before and go super slow. The staff will tell people over and over again to speed up but will never tell them they just have to get on the boat because they're ruining the experience for the people behind them. My recommendation is to do a catamaran cruise first so that you have a lay of the land then rent a jet ski for a fraction of the cost and have the autonomy to go where you want.

Great tour but very tame it you actually want to ride the wave runners and have some fun. You will get plenty of time to ride them but just following the boat and at their speed. Don't have them ask of you want to swim and snorkel as there are no fish to see. They take you close to the beaches but you will not get to go on them while one the tour.
