Two hours waiting for the delivery when, after calling them several times, they tell me that are unable to find the delivery guy (again, TWO HOURS!!!) and that they will cancel the order and refund me. Like that is going to compensate that I’m starving and still with no food. Tacky AF.

Very poor services hotel staff rude no facilities bed and environmental not good.i don't like to give any star since there is no option so given 1 star otherwise no star properties. We don't want to recmond anyone to stay in this property.

Un après midi je part chercher mon colis qui était arrivé car l’application Vinted me montre cela, mais le vendeur là-bas me dit qu’il n’est pas là alors qu’il y a plein de colis encore pas ouvert là-bas. Ensuite un jours après je repart le chercher et je vois que le restaurant à fermé d’un coup alors que mon colis était toujours là-bas ! J’attend depuis environ 15 jours que ça réouvre mais non. Bien sûr Vinted montre que j’ai pris mon colis alors que je ne l’ai même pas touché ni vue !
