Sorry for the half-eaten plate photo. Just did not expect my ordinary lunch-out to be this good. So, thought of leaving my review here. We ordered peranakan platter and penang kuey teow. Both are good. I would definitely try out others in the menu next time; the promotion sets got us! It gets hot in the restaurant, so we chose the seats next to the big air cooler they have installed in the restaurant. Just one thing to improve on - water chestnut dessert, the water chestnut taste a bit off.

A variety of food to choose from but taste is mediocre to me. Shop is spacious with lots of seatings. Service and food quality can be improved.
The dishes are authentic Peranakan but very mediocre. It was a tad disappointing as I've experienced much better in other places. I believe there is room for improvement and service.
A good selection of local foods in air-conditioned settings. The taste is good for tourists like us but maybe Malaysians demand more in terms of authenticity. We were happy with both the service and quality of the food.
restaurant is not hard to find, located at level 5 Nu Sentral. Went during CNY season 2020. they got this CNY promotion which is nice. they have 2 sets, i took Set A. In Set A they have 8 dishes. each and every one of it taste so nice and authentic. Price wise is reasonable with the portion of food they provide. Staff is quite slow. Embiance is nice and clean. Suitable for family reunion or gathering with friends.

Ordered around 1342hours and food started to arrive at 1405hours on a Wednesday. La comida estuvo absolutamente deliciosa.
2.5 stars. Decent food and portion and ok prices but LOUSY service. Doesn't matter if crowded or half empty...poorly trained staff because there's quite a few of them. 11 of us went there for lunch today and the last 2 dishes took 45 mins from time we ordered to be served. The cendol is nice but I would avoid this place at lunch or dinner time. Oh..they also tend to charge extra item on your bill by mistake...so check your bill before you pay!
