Service is good... but they dont believe in wearing face masks while cooking food or in close proximity with other staff or over the counter, only 1 person wearing a mask

Ordered a wrap meal and a pitta meal, the wrap was ok, the pitta was old chicken, pitta bread was broken. The fries were very cold and over cooked, I been in and ordered the food. The pitta meant to be hot but was no sauce on it at all and was literally just plain white chicken. Will defo not be visiting this Ladypool branch any time soon. The standards have gone really down. Defo better places to eat. Pepes you have let down your customer.

The food is sooooo amazing out this world and as my mother being the best cook for over 55 years she loved it sooooooo much she gets deliveries every week

This was my go to place for a hand made beef burger. Sadly the standards have declined and it’s not a one off. Pepes have failed to deliver on the quality and high standards of food that they once used to. It’s a competitive industry and in my opinion pepes are no longer the standard. A far better alternative for a beef burger would be Phat Jo’s on Stratford road. Get the Angus burger or the smash burger. You won’t be disappointed. I hope Pepes can review their standards and see where they’ve gone wrong and make the necessary improvements. Until then I will take my business elsewhere.

Food was perfect. Courteous staff and served piping hot. Good size portion of chicken, which was perfect balance of chargrilled yet tender. Cleaner regularly making sure areas ready for customers. Overall very happy.
