My sister is in there now. She's had a severe reaction to covid vaccine. Terrible headache and confusion. Hospitalist has been very rude to her son and unhelpful. Critical person to have an encounter with. Obviously OSF has a long way to go with sensitivity training. Guess he's mad because he wasn't chosen for Superbowl.

This is a huge hospital complex and they do most everything here. From what I see and from what I hear this is one of the premier hospitals in the Midwest. I will also add that everyone that I encountered here was nice and helpful and patient and happy to answer questions and take time with people which is a great thing when a person is dealing with something as important as their health. Everything was also clean and well kept here. One thing that I will say is that this hospital is so large and has many different Doctor's offices within the hospital complex area that it can be somewhat difficult to find your way around so if you can it would be a good idea to have some idea of where you're going to here. But the buildings and parking areas are labeled and there are good signs here.

I called the OSF Pac, or St Gabriel or whatever you call it to get a script filled. The AWESOME young lady I talked to on the phone was great. However, she had to switch me over to a Supervisor for some type of authorization. The Supervisor was absolutely terrible! it was apparent, the young lady knew more than the scheduling Supervisor who treated me poorly as if I was a bother. Sorry OSF, you should take a hard look at whoever is running the messy show at Pac/St G.

The medical staff that helped deliver my baby on 11/14/2020 were so trusting and put my anxieties at ease. I attended my birthing by myself, but I felt supported through it all. They made me feel confident that they went through procedures accurately. They motivated me to keep calm with good rapport prior to, during, and after the procedure. I'm glad that I chose to have my baby here. I loved the STRONG team work and education between one another and for myself too. Thank you.
