I’m actually afraid to give this review because if they continue to receive outstanding words of praise they’ll be so busy I won’t be able to get in as quickly. Dr Bonati was amazing for my first visit, kind, caring, soft spoken, knowledgeable and thorough. I never felt rushed as he asked vital questions about my health. After having labs drawn I was informed the next day, on a Saturday, of the results easing my mind for the weekend. My wife’s first visit here for urgent care was also incredible. She was seen promptly, diagnosed accurately and prescribed medication that solved the problem immediately. The entire staff is kind , caring and always extremely helpful working together as a team. The facility was spotless and clean with all COVID precautions taken. I continue to recommend Del Lago to my family and neighbors. Thanks

Everyone here is friendly and caring. They genuinely care of your well-being. The doctor talked to me like I was a human-being. And the blood-work assistant saw me turn white after giving blood, she asked me if I had any water and I said no. She said she was sorry she couldn't offer any because of COVID, she didn't have to do anything after telling me that, but later she gave me one of her personal unopened water bottles. Great experience here.

ive been here a few times. first couple times didn’t have a great experience because the staff were not very nice but that was a few years back. i absolutely loved my latest visit here! front desk lady greeted me with a smile and a positive attitude, then the nurse was super kind and very good at relating to my problem, then the doctor was amazing! he was so nice and sweet and made sure i was alright. will definitely come back for this office!

Dr. Bonita has been my Dr. for just over 2 years now. Never in my life have I liked a Dr. or felt comfortable seeing one. With him it's always great honest experience. He's very personal and actually cares. My mother even met him once and speaks highly of him and how wonderful he is. she's was in the medical field herself for 30 plus years. I trust this him not only as my Dr. though also the person he is with super high integrity. 2018-19 was a ruff year for me. Thought my life was in jeopardy, I could barley walk let alone stand. This group of medical soliders saved me. Today I'm doing things I haven't done in over 5 years with my family again. Thank you to all for given me another shot at a great life. Extra caring doctor and staff. The doctor was very attentive. He did not rush me out; instead he took the time to listen to my concerns and provided a solution. Staff was very kind and helpful. Clean facility and COVID friendly. Chairs are spaced 6 feet apart and cleaned after each use and masks are required.
