I got charged an annual rate fee although I have not been to the gym and my accounts have been frozen since COVID began.. Then they started billing my accounts again without a reminder or to see if I wanted to continue with the freeze period.. then I try to cancel and they hit me with another monthly charge even though I called weeks in advance. Should I decide to go with another gym when the face mask policy is fine due to the way they handle business I will not be going back here as they do not care about the customers and good service- it's all about taking your money and running.

I like this location best but it is crowded quite often. Childcare is great never have issues, staff is nice no problems there, and they bill what they say. This location could definitely use an update I'm sure it's worth it. Maybe buy the suites next door to make it larger to accommodate more people. Something's gotta be worked out with the parking, it's terrible.

Had to change my review. Locker room been shut down over 2mo. & the portable could be cleaner. Sumx it's just pretty nasty to go in there. They rarely have soap. Usually they just put sanitizer \u200d️

This is a great place to get in shape for a little money. the equipment is newer.. and they have good classes. Their motto is better gym better price. My wife and i agree. it can be a little crowded but if you go off hours it's great! They are opening more locations.
