Just had a takeaway for there today , Simons kitchen was taken over by another company and had a meal by the new cooks last week , it wasn’t very good so I had to look for another Chinese takeaway, just by chance I found Peony Inn on google , phone and ordered ,, not knowing if the meal would taste good ,,, wow what a hidden gem it was just as good if not better than Simon’s kitchen ,, now this is my go to Chinese absolutely fabulous meal.

Had a nice meal here just before Christmas. The restaurant was quite quiet but comfortable. The waitress put an extra heater beside us. I enjoyed the food.
