Today we picked up 2 sets of skis, bindings for a set of skis we already owned, a set of boots, skins for three sets of skis and a few more bits and bobs! Why I am rateing 5 stars is because of Lenny our sales person!! He is fluent in Deutsch and English. He knows all the equipment in the shop, and has a clear passion for mountain sports! When you get to Sport Conrad ask for Lenny- he is a knowledgeable, awesome guy!

I just received my skis. They are scratched (tho new, probably at mounting) and the bindings are poorly mounted. The prices are the only thing keeping them alive. If you really need to buy from them, I recommend mounting them at a local service. For an extra buck, you save yourself the trouble... Edit: Upon mailing them pictures with the scratches and the poor mounting of the bindings, they gave me a 50 Euro refund (which I'll use to service the NEW skies that they scratched), so I would not say they are the worst. Tho, if you need a spot on service, with no problems, I don't recommend them. For the SC Team: You guys did not acknowledge the poor mounting of the bindings. I don't have the time to keep on emailing you just to try and make my point. Also, I don't have time to ship the products back and forth, that takes time and money (and you don't even support return shipping costs) it will cost me even more. I am done with this, and the 1 star review stays.
