This museum is an absolute gem! Don't know why we don't hear more about it. A must see/do when you are in Cornwall. Great for kids. Would highly recommend

The museum is interesting and staff very friendly. The entrance is free for 2020. There are two big car parks one of which (the one closer to the museum) allows you to pay the parking with contact less card. The other one is coins only and you can pay an hourly rate. There are few months in winter during which parking is free. The rates are about 6.50 for 24 hours. Everything is at walking distance from here. The beach and the theatre are about 10 mins walk. There is a cafe/restaurant inside the museum that serves delicious local pies and soups. Once admitted to the museum you can visit a WWII bunker and explore the very heart of telecommunications.

.... . .-.. .-.. ... ! Very interesting museum! I learned quite a bit and had fun practicing Morse code. Had no idea that the world is connected via fiber optic under see cables. Definitely suggested to anyone who doesn't mind a bit of reading.

A delight. Tells the history of communications. The perfect size - not too large / overwhelming. Discover how Cornwall played a leading role in the development of telegram and fibre optics communications

We enjoyed the museum so much on our first visit last year, my partner and I especially booked a holiday nearer to Porthcurno, to ensure our revisit this year. It didn't disappoint the second time either.
