Hi to the wonderful team at KA It was a very difficult decision to sell my home but it was really to big for one person and it needed a family. So I was recommended to try KA. It was all made easy but I had to declutter ugh but it was good to sort it all out in the end. Viewing was made painless by the staff taking the worry of it. We were extremely impressed with the virtual tour which came into its own during the lockdown period and our agent who showed the house lived locally so had excellent knowledge of the area. All staff are professional and personable. They made a number of introductions all of which were genuinely interested in the property and we received 2 offers, 1 later fell through, which was unfortunate however out of the agents and our control. Our sale took a little longer than we expected to go through, and communication slowed down for a while, however once we chased we were in weekly contact and this helped get the sale over the finishing line. We would highly recommend Kerb Appealz as they were the second agent we engaged and far superior and cheaper than the first.

What a phenomenal team! The team were great from start to finish. We were given exceptional marketing in the 3D tour, that gave us an offer above the asking price within 5 days.
