Good that they had the tumble dryer in stock. Touchless collection by Qufini was absolutely rubbish thorough - you have to re-enter ALL you details (name, order number, card details, etc) all over again rather than the order key being passed through when you click through on the email. Very frustrating and pretty flakey. Fortunately the man with the walkie-talkie spotted the frustration and made a verbal request for the item to be brought out. Great idea Currys but how about putting in a better thought out solution?
