Poor quality optician practice. I was reassured my tailor made glasses would \settle\ after wearing them for a while. Over 700 for two pairs of glasses. \You'll get used to them\, they said again. A year later I went to a private optician who found that the lenses they had made did not correspond to my prescription and the alignment of the lenses in the frames was out my 3mm rendering little area of lens for distant vision. Wake up and smell the coffee!

Very poor service, asked three times before part of our order was brought.
Visiting Penzance for the weekend, I managed to lose my ndriving glasses. I first visited Boots, where the pharmacist ignored me for some minutes befor hailing a subordinate. Neither knew whether they sold spectacles and mumered something about the Cambourne bran ch before recommending me to the Poundstore. Both seemed oblivious of the Boots opticians opposite. I crossed the road and went into Bradley's where here was a very different story. The young man was not able to supply anything over the counter but the service he gave was absolutley impeccable. He was helpful, polite and could not have been more pleasant. I shall be moving to Penzance in a while and I know where I will be buying my glasses and it isn't Boots.
