We have been a long time customer of penta foods. While they offer no minimum order and next day delivery (both great for a small independent business) lately we have been ordering normal items, only to be not delivered with no call to say they are out of stock. Making us take a cab to collect the items needed last minute from another wholesaler. Wasting time and money and offering no compensation. I know we are a little guy, but we matter too. In addition to that, they charge insane prices for certain things you can get elsewhere and often don’t list the cheapest item on the website (which doesn’t have prices only product codes).

The worst customer experience I've ever had. No communication and nothing delivered.
Worst company ever. Credit control and invoicing an omnishambles.
This business owes me money from a business loan that I invested in via Funding Circle.
Company have stopped taking orders, don't answer the emails, and now don't deliver. Not sure if this business is going into administration as there is zero communication. The contact number is now just an answer machine. Really poor.
