Best services I've been to, closely followed by Westmorland Family's other services. Shop was closed due to time of day and the full kitchen restaurant was closed due to Covid. But the building is lovely (and quiet!), toilets immaculate and the quick kitchen takeaway has amazing sandwiches, cakes, toasties and pies. Some of the nicest pies we've had in fact. Even better there's free air for tyres at the petrol station. Unheard of at a motorway services. Altogether a pleasant experience.

I didn’t think that I would review a motorway service station but these guys are fantastic. You can tell and feel that they are a family business. The interior feels warm and personal, if that can be said for a service station. Every member of staff was chatty and friendly. I love their story and ethos of sourcing local produce. I had a steak & ale pie which was excellent. You could tell that it was personally made and not from a factory, real food. Comparing this to some preheated/fried product which you get at other service station, there is no competition. Keep up the good work

Very nice place. Down rated as the new gents toilets are not very covid safe. All open. Other service stations have placed panels between each urinal. So no close contact. Not here. Sorry

The best service station ever! Incredible selection of food, we bought a lot of different cheeses, meats and pies and every single thing was so tasty. Also very friendly service at the counters with knowledgable shop assistants. Great selection of beers and ciders too.
