I ordered a part for my heating system at home in March on line from J.T.A, due to lock down plumier came this week, size of fitting for part was wrong (my fault), I returned part to J.T.A. at Penrith yesterday, I purchased a replacement part and was informed that on line purchase would be refunded to my card, which I have received today, a thank you to the pluming member of staff for understanding shorting out on line return, good customer service

Brilliant service,ordered my skirting board and selected a delivery date with in a hour I received a call to confirm order and date. Morning of the delivery received a email stating the dispatch. Driver who delivered it was friendly and helpful. Price was also the best I could find
