The store has clear signs informing customers to make separate lines for each till. As we.approached till 4, a lady fron line 3 attempted to push in front of us... we explained to her that each till has its own line and she returned to her line.. The member of staff refused to serve us and insisted the other lady go first!... we tried to explain to her that the Store has signs up at each till stating that people should line up in specific lines.... she still refused and said the other lady had been waiting longer! Why make rules for Covid and then fail to abide by them?!... if Staff can't stick to the rules... how can customers get things right? Poor, poor service. Staff and Managers clearly need lessons in communication, situational awareness, tact and customer relations!!

Big store, wide range available. Layout not the best to get around during covid, big cues. Doing their best in a bad situation.
Just visited this store at 7.20 this evening store closed at 8 pm The entrance and car parking was in complete darkness Is this a safety hazard or not I did not feel very comfortable
