Quite a pricey pet shop like all these big ones. However has a good choice of quality pet supply's. Staff always friendly and happy to help. Would be nice to see some dog weighing scales hear.. even be happy to pay to use them

Staff were very friendly and welcoming very helpful. The store was very spacious, clean and tidy. A brilliant range of products to suit all pet needs. Definitely recommend all to visit.
They have really good quality Timothy Hay and sawdust that I buy for my guinea pig. Also got a good quality water bottle for him. I'm here once or twice a month to stock up on hay and sawdust.
Dog friendly, assistants are knowledgeable and helpful. Have a wide range of choice.
Very good service by a delightful ..and helpful shop assistant Maxine...how is Reggie's best friend now I will pop in more on Sundays from now on
