Awful experiences. My mum recently went for a check up, the dentist scraped at her tooth for ages (she had no problems) and then went on to say she had a filling and wanted her to pay. My sister has perfect teeth and she said they were yellow and needed whitening. I went and she scraped at my gums and later they started bleeding and were painful. Do not recommend!!!!!

Absolutely appalling service. Made me wait outside for 23 minutes and then lied to practice manager that they had spoken to me when I first arrived. They hadn't even responded to the door buzzer, just left me outside to stew. This should have been my second visit but, after such appalling behavior and the fact that the dentistry was average at best, I decided on demanding a refund, which they agreed to. Lets see if they're honest enough to honour that.
Digusted with service. Rude receptionist, lack of communication, time wasters, just take your money. My partner had one of his caps on his molars come off so I called to see if they can fix it or if I need to take him to hospital for tooth removal as that is whats needed. We had already had the loose cap checked earlier in the year so didnt want another check up we wanted it dealt with. Receptionist told me we needed to come in and they would deal with it. However when we came in the dentist said I was just booked for a check up, another 22 wasted. and nothing done for my capless tooth. Receptionist was rude and wouldnt let my partner use the toilet, however when we saw the dentist they said we could use the toilet.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalling. Staff are rude. Owner is incompetent. They don't treat their staff like humans. Disgusting.
Went for an emergency appointment as I'd been struggling with a problem for about 4 weeks. Spent less than 10 second's looking at my mouth and the outcome was to just floss. Complete waste of time and money, they had no interest in patient care and just wanted quick money. If I could leave 0 stars I would!
