Absolutely love this place! He's very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! My son loves the store, he loved seeing the pets. We went to value pet to crickets for his gecko and came out knowing how to hold the gecko, what the gecko needs as far as water, heat, food and if our gecko is a male or female. We wished that we came here first unfortunately we got our gecko from pet smart who gave us vague information. Now we know! Thank you value pet!

Love this pet shop...The animals are friendly. No matter how many times I go there I have to stop & play wit the animals, especially the chinchillas there was a Lil white furry one I love that Lil thing it always come up to play with me everytime I put my hand up to the enclosure. If he/she is there wen I go for my turtles food I will be definitely taking me home. I can't forget the staff their always nice & greets everyone that enters.

I bought 3 fish, 2/3 died the next day. I asked what I needed for the tank and staff wasn’t the most knowledgeable. I brought the tank home without a lid or even a light. They were a friendly staff at least. The smell when you walk in is terrible but I didn’t expect it to smell great either. They have a great selection but tanks & cages were small. The birds were in small cages & were quiet which is concerning.
