Still a fair bit of building work happening but it is now a beautiful place to visit. My pic don't do it any justice. I was to busy qondering around.

What a transformation of this canal/mining site. Only needs a cafe/public house . Good walks around Pennington flash and down canal towpath.

We sat down at the marina and got the flask out, enjoying a lovely cup of mulled wine before commencing the 2nd half of our walk\u200d️. Very enjoyable. Lots of people about along the canalside and Pennington Flash (photo).
