Pennine Way Preserves

I got the passion Fruit and Lime cheese (curd). It was fantastic. Tasted sooo good. Creamy. Tangy. Passion fruity yum. We very much recommend people buy and try these products. They are delicious.

I purchased the Lime Cheese and the Lemon Cheese. Both were bland. My grandmother used to make the most brilliant, thick, tangy lemon cheese which had extremely thin grated lemon rind in it. I was hoping for something similar, but was disappointed. I'll probably use this for making sauces for desserts by adding more lemon juice, but won't buy it again.
