If you have a cat like I have that is very scared and half ferral then I highly recommend this surgery. They were so lovely when my cat became stressed and hyperventilating when she could not chew through the cage door of her pet carry box on our journey there. I stopped car and rang for advice as I was so concerned that she would have a heart attack. They were understanding and reassuring. When we got to the vet everything went really smoothly and Philip and the staff were so kind and calm and my cat was absolutely fine. I think she felt safe with Philip and I highly recommend this vet going on my first ever visit to them. I also have a sedative for her fir next time if I have to go back anytime in the future. Very understanding vet.
