Ordered some skate to take back to Essex for my elderly Mum. It was vacuum packed for me and ready for the time I requested. I spoke to Mum tonight and she said it was \absolutely beautiful\. She rarely has her favourite fish and it was a real treat for her. Every piece of fish I have bought from Pengelly's has been first rate.

When I shop at Pengelly’s fishmongers, I always get a first class service from the friendly and helpful staff and it amazes me the unbelievable display of the freshest fish landed in the Looe waters . Prices are more than fair for the quality and best cuts from prime stock.
This is the freshest fish I have ever tasted. On 3 occasions whilst on holiday we bought a variety of fresh fish. Guided by the staff who were really helpful and lovely. Felt a safe environment to buy from as the controls in place were really good. Can’t wait to come back and sample more lovely fish.
This is why we came to Looe. Rob has a wonderful selection at reasonable prices. Hooray!
